City of Burnaby Council Opposes Kinder Morgan Pipeline Proposal

Mayor Derek Corrigan

Close to 200 people packed a Burnaby elementary school gym last Wednesday night for a meeting against the proposed Kinder Morgan pipeline expansion.

Tonight, the city of Burnaby is hosting a second public meeting at Westridge Elementary School.

Pure Souls will be on site to document this on video again.

Just Eat it – A Food Waste Story

Our very good friends Grant Baldwin & Jennifer Rustemeyer made a documentary about food waste. We followed them through the entire process and we are so proud of what they’ve come to make.  Did you know that we collectively waste about 50% of global food?

Follow Jen and Grant as they explore the chain of food waste from farm to the “back of the fridge”. Along their journey they question sell by dates, perfect produce and portion sizes, while pledging to survive only on (pre-consumer) foods that would otherwise be thrown away.
